Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU registered nurse in Wytheville, Virginia, for a 13-week travel contract focused on intensive care. This role offers a chance to work in a state-of-the-art 100-bed facility, the only hospital serving Wythe County, renowned for its accreditation and commitment to quality. Your work will primarily involve caring for geriatric and adult patients with complex needs, often involving ventilator management, sedation titration, and critical interventions like defibrillation and cardioversion. The assignment’s night shift schedule provides a unique opportunity to experience the hospital's atmosphere during quieter hours, with a steady 36 hours weekly commitment. Your expertise with IV sedation, vasopressors, and critical care procedures will be vital in ensuring patient stability and safety in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
