Job Description:

Join a specialized cardiac telemetry unit in Wilmington, NC, as a Registered Nurse working night shifts that keep the pulse of this vibrant city beating strong. This 13-26 week contract offers the chance to dive into advanced cardiac care, managing patients with arrhythmias, post-cardiac cath, and other cardiac diagnoses. Expect to interpret dysrhythmias, operate remote monitoring systems, and administer cardiac drips like Amiodarone and Diltiazem. The role involves floating as needed across shifts and units, requiring flexibility and a knack for quick adaptation. If you’re experienced in PCU/IMC/Stepdown units and comfortable with central line care, sheath removal, and managing hemodynamic stability, this assignment is tailored for you. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment, where your expertise in cardiac procedures and familiarity with systems like EPIC will make you a key player in patient recovery.
