Job Description:

Join our team as an MRI Technologist in Lexington, Kentucky, where you will be responsible for performing advanced MRI imaging procedures in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting. This role involves working in both radiology and cardiology departments, primarily during 12-hour daytime shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, three days a week. You'll be expected to have expertise in MRI safety practices, including implant research and scanning guidelines, along with experience working with anesthesia and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Siemens MRI machines, possess ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) credentials, and be experienced in working with Epic and PACS systems. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a teaching hospital environment, with an emphasis on technical skill and professional growth. Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted at this facility. The contract duration is 14 weeks, providing a steady schedule to hone your skills and contribute meaningfully to patient diagnostics.
