Job Description:

Join our specialized respiratory therapy team in Winston-Salem for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role focuses on advanced airway management, medication administration, ventilator management, ABGs, and pulmonary therapies such as BiPAP, CPAP, and Vest Therapy. You'll be working in a high-capacity respiratory care department that operates at the top of its license, providing care from adolescents to Geriatrics across med/surg, ICU, step-down, and occasionally in the ED. Experience with EPIC and certified respiratory credentials are a must, and you'll be part of a fast-paced unit that values skilled, adaptable RTs ready to tackle diverse respiratory cases. Note: Call-offs or additional RTO could lead to cancellations, so reliability is essential. This assignment offers the chance to deepen your expertise in a busy, advanced respiratory environment while working within a supportive team that respects your scope of practice.
