Job Description:

Join a specialized CVICU nursing team where you'll be instrumental in caring for post-cardiac surgery patients, including those requiring ECMO support. This role involves float assignments to cardiac stepdown units, where your expertise in dysrhythmia interpretation, organ failure management, and invasive monitoring will be put to good use. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, providing highly focused patient care in a fast-paced environment that demands both independence and teamwork. You'll experience a wide variety of cases that challenge your skills, all while working in a setting that values your critical thinking and technical proficiency.
