Job Description:
This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Labor & Delivery. You'll be responsible for caring for women during labor, pre-term, and postpartum stages, as well as neonates. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing vaginal and cesarean deliveries, performing cervical exams, interpreting fetal monitoring, and using state-of-the-art equipment such as GE Corometric fetal monitors, hospital-provided IV pumps, and computerized charting systems like EPIC. The role offers a chance to work primarily during overnight 12-hour shifts, with an engaging schedule that includes a dedicated orientation period. The assignment provides a unique blend of clinical responsibilities within a supportive environment, offering the opportunity to deepen your expertise in obstetric care while working in a facility that values high standards in maternal and neonatal health.
