Job Description:

Join a remarkable surgical team in Boston, where you'll play a pivotal role as an operating room professional specializing in kidney transplants, neuro, spine, and orthopedic trauma. In this position, you will work night shifts, specifically 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with weekly orientations to ensure you are well-prepared.

You'll have the chance to scrub and/or circulate in a state-of-the-art surgical setting that features 10 operating rooms focused on Level I Trauma Surgery. Your expertise will be essential in a variety of surgical procedures, including bariatric surgeries, neurosurgery, robotic surgeries, and organ procurement. This opportunity is unique, offering you the chance to advance your skills in high-stakes environments while working alongside a dedicated team.

This is a contract assignment lasting 13 weeks, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week over three shifts. This role is ideal for individuals who have prior experience in the specialized fields of trauma and transplantation, and it does not come with on-call responsibilities, allowing you to maintain your work-life balance.
