Job Description:

Join a specialized pediatric home health team where you'll provide dedicated nighttime care to children with complex medical needs. As a LVN/LPN or RN, your overnight shift will involve managing patients primarily on trachs and vents, ensuring their comfort and safety during each visit. You will work at a single home for the entire shift, focusing on pediatric patients requiring technology-dependent and medically complex care.
