Job Description:

Join us as an ICU Registered Nurse in Worcester, Massachusetts, where you'll be essential in managing critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, allowing for part of your day to explore the city or relax. You’ll be responsible for delivering specialized critical care, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a dedicated team. Experience with EPIC electronic health records, along with at least three years of ICU experience—preferably in a level 1 Trauma facility—is required. BLS and ACLS certifications are a must, and the ideal candidate is comfortable working every other weekend and holiday, with opportunities to make up call-outs at the end of your assignment. This assignment promises an engaging, challenging environment with a focus on precision and teamwork.
