Job Description:

Join us as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Wilmington, North Carolina, for a 13-week contract that offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role involves providing bedside care to patients with a variety of diagnoses, including COVID-19, pneumonia, sepsis, and hip fractures—all while managing complex conditions like dysrhythmias and IV therapies. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, giving you a solid work-life balance. You'll become part of a team that responds swiftly to emergencies, including rapid response and disaster situations—so bring your adaptability and calm under pressure. Note that RTO (Request for Time Off) is not permitted after booking, as flexibility and commitment are essential for this critical care role.
