Job Description:

Join a specialized team in a 19-bed Neurosurgical ICU where you'll focus on caring for patients experiencing acute stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, seizures, and post-surgical recovery. Your role involves monitoring invasive intracranial pressure, performing frequent neurological assessments, managing hemodynamic stability, and coordinating routine imaging like CT, MRI, and angiography. With 2-3 patient assignments, you'll gain comprehensive experience in neurocritical care, occasionally floating to other ICU or step-down units as needed. This rotating day/night shift schedule offers variety and the chance to develop a well-rounded skill set in a fast-paced environment.
