Job Description:

Join our team as a CVOR RN on a 13-week travel contract at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. This role offers the chance to work in a busy surgical environment, performing intricate cardiac procedures such as off and on pump bypass grafts, valve repairs, and minimally invasive surgeries. You'll be supporting a variety of complex cases across multiple ORs, including dedicated CV rooms, with a focus on cardiovascular and thoracic surgery. The position requires a motivated and resilient professional capable of managing change and handling downtime tasks, such as pulling case carts and cleaning. Expect to work 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities one night per week, one weekend per month, and occasional additional call. This assignment provides a steady schedule with guaranteed hours, set to meet the requirements of a demanding but rewarding surgical setting, all while offering the opportunity to develop and refine your specialized cardiac skills.
