Job Description:

This contract opportunity is for a registered nurse prepared to step into a hospital-wide float role, supporting units such as the ER, ICU, PCU, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health/Psych. You'll gain exposure to diverse patient populations, adapting your skills across multiple areas with a focus on efficiency and flexibility. The position involves caring for adult acute, youth acute, and addiction recovery patients, providing a unique experience in a fast-paced, multi-service environment. Your responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, administering medications, assisting physicians, and engaging in relationship-based care, all while navigating a wide variety of care settings and teams. This role offers a steady schedule on 12-hour day shifts, with opportunities to work in different units as needed, making it ideal for nurses who thrive on variety and challenge.
