Job Description:

Join a Cleveland Clinic Med/Surg Telemetry team for a 13-week travel assignment that offers a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, working either day or night shifts from 7am to 7:30pm or 7pm to 7:30am. This role is perfect for nurses with a minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience and prior permanent experience in the specialty. You will get the chance to experience the rhythm of a renowned hospital while navigating the demands of a rotating shift, which sometimes requires working every other holiday. The facility will do their best to accommodate your shift preference but may rotate shifts as needed to meet operational needs. The ideal traveler will bring solid ECG rhythm recognition skills and come prepared to complete assessments during orientation, including safeMedicate, ECG recognition, and the necessary certifications like BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. During this assignment, you’ll be contributing to core patient care activities in a fast-paced hospital environment, gaining valuable insight into acute care nursing in a recognized healthcare setting.
