Job Description:

Join a bustling Emergency Department as a Travel RN specializing in emergency trauma care. You'll be responsible for managing critically ill and injured patients in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital with 637 licensed beds. Your shift will be 12 hours overnight, where you'll handle a variety of complex cases such as chest pain, strokes, and trauma incidents. The role offers a unique chance to sharpen your emergency nursing skills in a fast-paced environment, working alongside a dedicated team of support staff, including a charge nurse, phlebotomy, and hospitalist coverage. Expect to pass an EKG competency exam and utilize advanced tech like EPIC EMR, Phillips monitors, and portable vital signs equipment. This position is ideal for experienced ER nurses eager to make a difference in a setting that values teamwork and quick thinking.
