Job Description:

Join our team at a vibrant women’s and children’s unit in Berlin, Vermont, where you'll play a crucial role in a community hospital setting. This LDRP-focused contract involves caring for laboring patients, newborns, and postpartum mothers, with some medical/surgical overflow. You'll experience a mix of active deliveries and post-delivery recovery, working alongside dedicated staff to ensure smooth patient flow. This role offers an engaging balance of independence and team collaboration, with responsibilities including assisting with labor, delivery, postpartum care, and neonatal support—all in a welcoming environment that embraces nurses with prior LDRP experience. Expect to be well-supported with ancillary staff, daily orientation, and state-of-the-art equipment like electronic fetal monitors and smart pumps.
