Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers an engaging opportunity for CCU Registered Nurses with specialized cardiac ICU experience. You'll be immersed in a cardiac-focused setting, managing advanced cardiac devices such as LVADs, Impellas, and IABPs, often handling complex cardiac diagnoses. Your role involves providing critical care for cardiac patients, including those post-cardiac surgery (outside the OR), pre- and post-cardiac catheterizations, and managing invasive lines and hemodynamic monitoring. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, giving you ample time to enjoy the surrounding area after your shift. This assignment is perfect for nurses confident in managing dysrhythmias, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and working at a 2:1 patient ratio, all within a supportive, specialized cardiac environment.
