Job Description:

Join a dedicated outpatient dialysis team in Williston, North Dakota, where you'll deliver essential care to adult and geriatric patients. This role involves working in a well-equipped facility with a licensed capacity of 7 chairs, caring for patients with conditions such as catheters and fistulas. The position features 12-hour rotating shifts that balance work and rest, with scheduling that adapts to census needs. You'll be responsible for managing water treatment procedures, including reading water room metrics and operating a bicarb mixer (training provided). Expect to work alongside an LPN and RN staff, with resources like on-site nephrologists available two days a month for consultations. Ability to cover shifts when needed shows teamwork and flexibility are valued here.
