Job Description:

Join our team for a travel RN position on Med/Surg/Tele at a prominent facility in Concord, NC. In this role, you'll manage a variety of patient conditions, including chronic diseases, heart failure, mental health, and wound care, primarily during 12-hour night shifts. The setting involves handling an average of 51 patients daily, with typical patient ratios of 1:4-6 depending on acuity, and some surge times may increase ratios to 1:7-8. You'll interpret cardiac rhythms, administer non-titrating cardiac drips, care for patients with tubes and drains, perform IV starts, and change dressings, all while supporting a dedicated care team. This assignment offers a chance to experience a community hospital known for its trauma level 3 designation and specialized stroke and bariatric centers, with a lively night shift atmosphere that keeps you engaged and on your toes.
