Job Description:

Join us as a PreOp Registered Nurse in a third-floor Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), where you'll focus on preparing patients for surgery, monitoring recovery, and handling anesthesia-related procedures. This role offers a chance to work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including days and evenings, with no on-call or weekend requirements. You'll have the opportunity to float to the main operating room if needed, adding variety to your day. The assignment emphasizes procedural skills such as administering blood products, infection control, and specimen handling, providing an engaging environment for experienced PACU nurses comfortable with general post-anesthesia care.

Shift: 12-hour rotating shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
