Job Description:

Join the team in a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting where you'll provide specialized nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia. This role involves managing 1-3 patients at a time, primarily focusing on orthopedics, urology, pain management, podiatry, and ob-gyn cases. You'll be working four 10-hour shifts weekly, with responsibilities including monitoring Phillips monitors, administering care via Epic EMR, and collaborating with a close-knit team in a small unit environment. The work is steady and precise, offering a unique chance to refine your perioperative skills while contributing to patient recovery and comfort. Expect to engage in on-call duties, including weekend, night, and holiday rotations, all designed to ensure seamless patient care.
