Job Description:

Join a vibrant hospital team in Redding, California, as a Telemetry RN working 12-hour night shifts in the Family Birth Center. This contract offers the chance to be part of a specialized maternity environment where you'll handle a mix of low and high-risk deliveries, including some neonates with congenital conditions requiring immediate attention. You will be responsible for monitoring patients using Cerner and Fetal Link systems, participating in a proctored Dysrhythmia Test on your first day, and collaborating closely with the obstetrics team, including OB techs who cover desk responsibilities. Expect to work alongside a dedicated staff team, with a nurse manager overseeing operations weekdays and a Clinical Supervisor and team lead ensuring smooth shifts. This assignment provides a balanced schedule with three weekend shifts every four weeks, and your duties will thrive within the hospital's focus on safety, critical monitoring, and maternal-neonatal care.
