Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Stepdown/Telemetry RN on a 12-hour night shift in Henderson, Kentucky. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a varied patient population including sepsis, CHF, COPD, DKA, and post-surgical cases in a smaller, tight-knit unit. The assignment offers the opportunity to work with a seasoned nursing staff, perform advanced clinical tasks such as initiating and titrating drips, and possibly float within skillset to nearby campuses with minimal notice. This contract provides guaranteed hours with a focus on clinical autonomy amidst a collaborative environment. Expect to engage in a comprehensive orientation and utilize your EPIC charting skills daily, ensuring smooth flow of patient care in a fast-paced setting.
