Job Description:

Join a skilled team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in a 14-bed Labor and Delivery unit, where your expertise will support high-risk OB patients, newborn stabilization, and antepartum/postpartum care. This contract offers the chance to circulate and scrub in a Level 1 trauma setting, with a focus on maternal and neonatal health. You’ll work three 12-hour night shifts per week, providing critical care for a vibrant patient population while utilizing advanced equipment like fetal monitors, epidural pumps, and SCDs. Prior travel experience, EPIC familiarity, and at least two years of clinical experience are required—this isn’t your first rodeo. If you’re comfortable managing oxytocin, magnesium sulfate, and insulin infusions, and can start IVs on moms and babies, this assignment might be your next great adventure. The environment offers a mix of routine and complex cases, ensuring each shift is engaging but rewarding.
