Job Description:

Join us as an Emergency Department Nurse Case Manager in the vibrant community of Tuba City, Arizona! In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of patient care coordination within the emergency department. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain processes aimed at increasing patient throughput while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the most suitable level of care.
