Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in Urbana, Illinois, for a travel nursing contract focused on orthopedic and medical/surgical patient care. This role involves performing patient assessments, developing and modifying care plans, managing wound appliances such as wound vacs and drains, and setting up surgical traction devices. You'll work days, starting early and wrapping up by early afternoon, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours over 13 weeks. This position offers an active pace with plenty of opportunities for hands-on procedures and collaboration with surgeons and physicians. Whether you're assisting with mobility, wound care, or patient education, this assignment redefines what it means to be a physically engaged and clinically skilled nurse on the go.
