Job Description:

Join our team as a MICU Registered Nurse in the vibrant city of Plainview, Texas, where you'll provide critical care in a 49-bed Level IV Trauma Center. This night shift contract involves floating between units, with a focus on MICU and step-down areas, handling patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:3 in step-down. Expect a schedule of three 12-hour night shifts weekly, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with six weekend shifts per schedule period. This assignment offers a chance to work in a facility that values adaptability and teamwork, with parking provided in unrestricted spaces. You’ll experience the rhythm of acute care in a short-term setting that keeps you engaged and challenged.
