Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit at Nebraska Medical Center, where you'll experience a variety of patient cases including orthopedic surgeries, pulmonary and cardiac conditions, and behavioral health challenges. This role involves working a 12-hour night shift, with opportunities to float within the hospital and neighboring units to meet staffing needs. The environment requires adaptability and confidence in managing drips, complex cases, and behavioral health patients who may be flagged as violent. Expect a fast-paced, engaging assignment that combines technical skill with critical thinking in a hospital that values safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
