Job Description:

Join our team as a Surgical Assistant in Rochester, Minnesota, where you'll play a key role in supporting surgical teams across a variety of specialties. This position involves assisting surgeons during procedures by preparing surgical instruments, maintaining a sterile environment, and anticipating the needs of the operating team. You'll gain hands-on experience in general, orthopedic, neurological, spinal, ENT, gynecological, urology, cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, trauma, plastic, colon-rectal, and pediatric surgeries. The shift runs for 10 hours on weekdays with a consistent schedule, offering the chance to develop versatile surgical skills in a lively perioperative setting.
