Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a CVICU nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to post-op heart surgery patients. Your role involves leading patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, supervising care delivery, and educating both patients and families. You'll communicate critical patient information to the healthcare team and contribute to resolving care variances to meet patient goals. The shift runs from 7pm to 7:30am, giving you the opportunity to focus on intensive post-op recovery, particularly for those on devices like Impella and IABP. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to work with complex cardiac cases and make a real difference in recovery journeys.
