Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse specializing in oncology units at a renowned Level I Trauma Center in St. Louis. This contract offers a chance to work on a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, managing critically ill patients with complex needs including multi-system organ failure and ventilated patients. You'll interpret and manage dysrhythmias, oversee arterial lines, administer blood products, and handle IV sedation and vasoactive drips. The role involves working in Epic electronic medical records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes IV teams, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, and providers.
