Job Description:

Join a healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in a stepdown unit specializing in medical and surgical patients. This assignment involves providing attentive patient monitoring and support during 12-hour night shifts, with a focus on managing care for patients recovering from critical conditions in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role requires experience in a level one trauma facility, with responsibilities including floating to various universal and progressive care areas within the facility. Expect a lively, hands-on environment where your skills in Med Surg, PCU, PCI, Tele, and related units will be vital. You'll navigate a dynamic schedule that includes every other weekend, with no block scheduling or pre-approved time off between May and August. This position offers a chance to deepen your hospital expertise while working in a vibrant community environment.
