Join a dedicated Renal Unit where you'll be part of a team managing patients with kidney-related conditions such as acute or chronic kidney disease. This role involves caring for patients undergoing renal replacement therapies like post-hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The unit operates with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio and emphasizes collaboration with community nephrologists, family practice providers, and hospitalists to deliver comprehensive care. Expect to float to other units and hospitals as needed, providing versatile support in this specialized setting.
