Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in a Critical Access facility, where your expertise will be essential in managing high-risk pregnancies, performing vaginal deliveries, and assisting with surgical cases such as cervical cerclage. This role involves immediate immersion into a fast-paced environment requiring you to jump in quickly after the second shift. The position offers case-by-case flexibility on block scheduling, and the ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, with current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications, and a license valid in Kansas or a compact state. EMR documentation is primarily done in Centricity. Prepare for nights filled with meaningful work supporting patient recovery and neonatal care, with responsibilities including external fetal monitoring, IV management, and pain management, all while shaping unforgettable experiences in the delivery room.
