Job Description:

This contract role places you in a night shift position, where you'll work 12-hour night shifts as part of a dedicated nursing team. You will have the opportunity to independently prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care for acutely ill patients under the supervision of nurse leaders such as the Clinical Nurse Officer or Nurse Supervisor. Your responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, creating and adjusting individualized care plans, and quickly responding to rapidly changing patient conditions. This role offers a chance to showcase your clinical judgment and organizational skills in a setting that emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care. Expect to collaborate with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient treatment, all while navigating the vibrant rhythm of night-time hospital operations.
