Job Description:

Join us as an ICU Registered Nurse in Roanoke, Virginia, where you'll be part of a versatile whole house resource pool, working across ICU, PCU, and MS units. This role offers the chance to float between units every few hours, keeping your skills sharp and your day varied. You'll be responsible for managing critically ill and ventilated patients, administering IV therapies, and responding swiftly to emergencies. The contract involves 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, with an engaging mix of patient care and unit flexibility. If you’re comfortable working in high-acuity settings with a ratio up to 2:1 and have experience charting in EPIC, this assignment offers a rewarding opportunity to broaden your expertise in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
