Job Description:

Join the team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a weekend contract that offers the opportunity to work in a variety of surgical procedures using advanced technologies such as robotic systems and laparoscopic instruments. This role involves scrubbing for Urology, Orthopedics, Vascular, General, and Endoscopy surgeries, with the chance to operate all standard OR equipment and the XI DaVinci robot. You'll be responsible for maintaining aseptic technique and supporting patient safety in a fast-paced environment, with a caseload of approximately 20-25 cases per day across 10 operating rooms. The schedule includes Saturday and Sunday shifts, with on-call duties during weekdays and weekends, including holiday coverage if needed. Experience in a similar setting is required, but first-timers with the right attitude are welcome to apply. This assignment promises a dynamic workday filled with variety and the use of cutting-edge surgical tools—no two days are the same!
