Job Description:

Join a dedicated dialysis team in Rochester, New York, where you'll take on a vital role as a Charge Nurse managing a 24-chair outpatient dialysis unit. This contract position involves overseeing chronic and acute dialysis treatments, administering blood and blood products, and ensuring all equipment operates smoothly. You'll lead a team during 8-hour day shifts, providing high-quality care in a setting that values experienced leadership. Flexibility in float assignments to other dialysis locations adds variety to your schedule, and your ability to handle complex cases—such as AV fistula cannulation, infection control, and managing dysrhythmias—will be essential.
