Job Description:

Join a busy MedSurg/Tele unit as a registered nurse, where you'll manage a variety of general medical conditions such as CHF, COPD, and infections, along with some surgical cases. This 12-hour day shift provides a steady rhythm for seasoned nurses who enjoy a rhythm that balances work and personal time without the hassle of overtime unless approved. Your responsibilities will include IV starts, wound care, chest tubes, wound vac management, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and central line blood draws, all while working with bedside monitors in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team that includes CNAs, RTs, hospitalists, and residents, all within a top-tier teaching hospital setting that boasts a Level 1 Trauma designation and specialized units like Chest Pain and Stroke Centers. This assignment promises an engaging experience for experienced MedSurg RNs eager to apply their skills in a supportive, dynamic hospital environment.
