Job Description:

Join our team as an L&D RN in a welcoming birthing pavilion where you'll be part of approximately 1,300 deliveries annually. This role offers the opportunity to work during night shifts in a facility equipped with 21 patient rooms, a dedicated 2-bed triage area, and two operating rooms. You will be responsible for providing expert nursing care during labor, delivery, and postpartum, following established staffing guidelines that prioritize patient safety and quality care. Expect to manage active labors, administer Pitocin and high-risk medications like Magnesium Sulfate and Insulin, and collaborate closely with a skilled team to support mothers and their newborns effectively. The assignment is uniquely engaging due to the variety of clinical scenarios and the close-knit team environment, making each shift both rewarding and impactful.
