Job Description:

This assignment is designed for certified surgical technologists with extensive experience in cardiovascular operating rooms, particularly those familiar with Level 1 trauma settings, cardiac robotics, LVAD, and heart transplants. You'll be supporting a busy CV-OR team during 10-hour night shifts, participating in complex cardiac procedures, general surgeries, orthopedics, neuro, vascular, trauma, and transplant cases. The role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise keeps the surgical team moving seamlessly into the night. Expect to be engaged in intraoperative activities such as sterilizing and handling surgical instruments, assisting surgeons with specialty equipment, and ensuring operating room readiness—without the need for scrubbing in.
