Job Description:

This travel assignment calls for an experienced IMC Registered Nurse to manage patients boarding in the Emergency Department while awaiting inpatient bed placement. You will work three 12-hour night shifts, providing care to a variety of patients with different diagnoses, often requiring assessment and management of dysrhythmias, IV therapies, and renal issues. The role offers a unique opportunity to handle a fluctuating patient census with skills in Cerner charting, telemetry interpretation, and Emergency Department procedures. Your expertise ensures smooth patient flow during busy nights, making a real impact in a critical setting. Expect to float within units of similar acuity, supporting your team and maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
