Job Description:

Join this engaging IMCU contract where you'll be managing a diverse patient load in a 64-bed unit, including 15 dedicated neuro beds. Your role involves working 12-hour day shifts, typically totaling around 36 hours per week. You'll operate in a setting that regularly handles neuro, cardiac, trauma, and respiratory cases such as COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, and CV stepdown, often utilizing advanced equipment like temp pacers, chest tubes, A-lines, and BIPAP. Expect to float across units as needed, providing crucial support in a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes. This assignment offers a chance to hone your skills in a well-rounded ICU setting while experiencing a vibrant healthcare community.
