Job Description:

Join a well-regarded neuro stepdown unit in Greensboro, North Carolina, as a Registered Nurse focused on caring for medical neurological patients. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with rotating weekends and the possibility of floating to other Cone Health facilities as needed. The role includes managing a diverse neurological patient population, utilizing central cardiac monitoring, and performing specialized assessments such as Yale Swallowing screens. This assignment provides an excellent opportunity to sharpen neuro-specific skills in a supportive yet fast-paced environment, where your expertise directly impacts patient recovery and safety.
