Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Medical Surgical unit as a Registered Nurse specializing in renal med-surg care. This contract offers the opportunity to work with adult to geriatric patients in a setting that emphasizes teamwork and efficiency. You'll be responsible for managing a patient load within a ratio of approximately 1:5-6, utilizing systems like Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR to deliver seamless care. Scrub in navy blue, work 12-hour day shifts, and experience the unique rhythm of a well-organized, 49-room facility. This assignment is perfect for those who enjoy a balanced schedule with floating opportunities within the scope of practice and no call requirements. Expect to work approximately 36 hours per week over a 14-week period, with the chance to contribute meaningfully to patient recovery and well-being.
