Job Description:

Join this stimulating respiratory therapy assignment where you'll evaluate and care for patients experiencing respiratory insufficiencies. You'll assess each patient to determine appropriate treatment types and frequencies, developing personalized care plans based on diagnoses. Your role involves implementing, monitoring, and adjusting patient care and equipment, as well as recording and communicating patient progress. Expect to perform advanced respiratory care modalities, evaluate medication administration, and analyze treatment outcomes. You'll also educate patients and their families about health conditions and community support resources. Emergency response skills will come into play when responding to resuscitation team codes.
