Job Description:

Join a healthcare team in Bismarck, North Dakota, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts on a Medical-Surgical unit. You'll be responsible for caring for a diverse patient population, including surgical patients with joint replacements, fractures, bariatric needs, urinary concerns, and general medical issues like CHF, CVA, SOB, and diabetes. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work with ventilator support including Cpap and BiPap, and participate in unit-specific float orientation. Expect to float across units, with every other weekend, holiday, and on-call duties. You'll read telemetry strips with RN confirmation, and follow unit dress code while contributing your expertise in a fast-paced setting that values teamwork and adaptability.
