Job Description:
Join our team as an RN Care Manager on a 13-week contract in York, Maine, where you'll play a vital role in coordinating inpatient utilization management. This position offers flexibility with variable shifts—either an 8:30 am to 4:30 pm schedule or four 10-hour shifts starting at 7:30 am—allowing you to balance work and life. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, assess patient needs, and connect with community resources to facilitate smooth patient transitions. While there’s no on-call requirement, weekend and holiday rotations are part of the mix.
