Job Description:

Join our specialized team on a 16-bed Plastic Surgery and Limb Salvage unit, where you'll provide critical post-operative care for patients undergoing intricate reconstructive procedures. This role involves managing complex wounds, including wound vacs and surgical drains, in all-private rooms equipped for continuous pulse oximetry. The environment encourages collaboration with an experienced Nurse Practitioner team and interdisciplinary communication with physicians, physical therapists, and clinical pharmacists. Expect a mix of day and night shifts within a rotating schedule, requiring flexibility as shifts may switch between days and nights within the same week. The focus here is on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a setting that values teamwork and clinical expertise.
