Join a specialized Hematology/Oncology Medical Surgical unit that offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced therapies like inpatient chemo, immunotherapy, CAR-T, stem cell transplants, and gene therapy. This role is well-suited for experienced RN professionals who enjoy a mix of acute care and complex treatments. Expect to interpret telemetry rhythm strips independently and pass a telemetry quiz on your first day with 85% or higher. The assignment combines a 12-hour night shift with a schedule that occasionally includes weekends and holidays, providing a rewarding challenge for those looking to deepen their expertise in adult hematology and oncology care.
